I've been taking stacker 3 and that helps me not want to eat... but I want to get off of it and still not have the want to eat.

No, it's not an eating disorder. It's simply a habit of overeating.

You need to continue feeding your body...Just start reducing the size of your portions. When you eat a lot, your stomach stretches to accommodate it. Afterward, it stays stretched for a while, but will eventually shrink up. Let it get back to its original small size (about the size of your fist), and then make your serving sizes small enough to avoid stretching it out.

Also, drink lots of water. If your stomach is full of water, it will not feel empty, therefore avoiding the feeling of hunger.

All you have to do is watch your calories. You can eat all you want , just as long as you consume the right amount of calories, too many calories is what causes weight gain. Diets dont help. Its all in calories.

this is called an eating disorder. Get medical help immediately.

Your body needs fuel to function. You need to eat. If your concern is being physically fit, you have to eat healthy foods and you have to exercise.

Anorexic girls are NOT healthy and NOT attractive to guys. Get a grip, get some help, see a therapist and for God's sake, let nature do its thing and EAT.

eat smaller amounts more frequent so you would never feel hungry
eat healthy like fruits and veggies
