If you mean, is there more than one Greek word that may be translated into English as "another", yes, there is more than one.

But this is misleading, because the English word has more than one meaning. More important, the distinction between the English uses is generally clear (if one is speaking the language properly). So it's not a case of Greek making distinctions English does not, nor even of making them better.

(A further observation -- very rarely is one word in one language the EXACT equivalent of one word in another language. Every language 'cuts things up' a little differently. So, just as in this case there may seem to be 'two Greek words' where the English has one, in many other cases we must use two distinct English words to translate different uses of "the same Greek word". You might start with the Greek word "logos", which commonly means "word", but is not identical to English "word", so must often be translated in other way.)
