I know!
It's just like those Fantasy Football guys! They try to get EveryOne to join in. They are so passionate about what they do, if I express even a tiny interest I'm deluged with team rosters and stats and encouragement to join in.
I don't get it. I'm a slacker and I don't care about anything! Those people who are passionate about what they do and care about something that interests them -- it's a mystery.
I've got a friend who likes movies -- he won't shut up about it! Yikes ... don't get me started on Car Geeks. And the office pool ... they come up to me, almost a complete stranger, and try to drag me into betting the pool.
What's up with that?

Let's see... why would I want to save others? Well, if I had an illness and you knew the cure, I would certainly hope that you would want to share it with me. And if I didn't know that I had the illness, I would hope that you would be persistent.
What are you afraid of? This is only a message board. No one is forcing you to read the questions and the answers. And what do you have to lose by investigating Christianity to the fullest? Only the opportunity to make a decision with as much information as possible.
Hey, if I'm wrong, all it cost me was trying to live my life in a Christ like manner and help others to do the same. But if you're wrong... well I don't think you want to consider that possibility now, do you?
Pick up a copy of "The case for Christ" by Lee Strobel. Just read it. I promise it won't hurt. You might learn something. You might find that eternity with God is not such a bad thing after all, considering the alternative.

I know you want someone who agrees with you to answer this question but i disagree with you. Atheists are so selfish not believing there is a God.They are most certainly not smart especially when it come to all things God has created.Jehovah's Witnesses are not afraid of the devil. And hell is the common grave of mankind and a pit with the devil Revelation 12:12 said the devil was hurled down to the earth not hell. And Jehovah God hates what is bad Amos 5:15. Read 1 Corinthians 6:9-11. Pre- martial sex or unmarried sex or fornication is wrong, gay people and drug abuse are wrong, wrong, wrong Read Galatians 5: 19.If God didn't want man and woman to be together he wouldn't create them or since Adam was created first God wouldn't create Eve ponder on these things. God is perfect he cannot lie you need to read the bible from cover to cover things you did not expect to see you will see and pray to Jehovah God though his son Christ Jesus and ask for forgiven for thinking like that.

But only (Maybe) something wrong with drug abusers?
Funny!
God does not make flaws, that is so true! But he also does not "Make" people sin either, we do that all by ourselves, (with a little nudge here and there from the devil)
Why do you judge Drug abusers (maybe)?
They are in greater need of Gods love than most of us!
You can't force anyone to believe! But you can be a good example!
May God Bless you!
Peace!

Well, on here - many of the atheists are the ones asking the questions of those who believe in the Bible.
I am not afraid of the devil, or of hell, because of what the Bible really teaches. As I said before, in one of my other answers, that if I die before Jesus rides against his enemies, then yes, I will be in hell - and since I do not believe that the bible teaches a fiery hell, then I am not afraid of that.
As for trying to save others -- it is a Bible command to all Christians to try to do this. We don't do the saving, that is someone else's job.
And, you don't have to change how you believe if you don't want to - it is like when you are drowning and don't know it - if I swim out and try to save you and you fight me and might take me under too - then I am letting go, sorry, buddy!
I respond to the questions on here that are asking for my answer. If they are asking a question that I have no knowledge of or are addressed to "pagans" or "Wicca followers" or "Atheists", I leave it alone.
Why do you keep asking why, if you don't want a response?
Ever thought that if you don't ask, we won't answer? (On here anyway) Something to think about.

I'm with you, if Gods supposed to be perfect How could She have made anything or anyone that wasn't.
All this talk about sin sounds like a bunch of nonsense to me. The first thing that they should be considering is whether the idea of sin is actually real.
Think about it. The idea of sin assumes certain things about God that seem highly unlikely to me.
First it assumes a God who is too incompetent to organize a simple educational field excursion and get all of the students home safely.
How likely is this that God would not be smart enough to come up with a plan for our salvation that is going to work?
It also assumes that God must have created us imperfect if we are sinners.
One might assume that God would be able to create someone perfect each and every time if he chose to. Assuming God is capable of this, then it follows logically that we must be perfect creations if we are actually creations of this perfect God.
Unless of course you are saying that God chose to create us imperfect. If God created us imperfect then anything that may go wrong is Gods fault, not ours. This seems a bit illogical at best so I think that we need to assume that What God creates would have to be perfect.
If this is the case then nothing that we can do could change what God created perfect and make it imperfect unless we think that we are more powerful than God is.
How likely is it that we the creation could be more powerful than the creator. I personally find this idea somewhat amusing, and a bit absurd.
Religion tells us that God is perfect. If this is true then it could hardly be logically for Gods creations to be considered to be imperfect.
If this is the case then Nothing that we can ever do could possibly change this perfection that God willed, unless we were so powerful that our choices could override and change the will of God.
How likely is that????
Think about it.
The idea of sin is simple nonsense, a lie made up about God by religion.
Love and blessings

Christians want to save everyone because in their Bible, Jesus tells them to. Something about making them "fishers of men." Also, just maybe, not all Christians are evil liars, (perhaps misinformed...) and some of them are truly concerned with your well-being. I'm not saying that they are right to try to "save" everybody, just trying to answer your question.
My only problem with unmarried sex is promiscuity and the spread of STDs. I don't have a problem with gay people. Drug abusers, they have problems!
God IS great. Blessed be.

You're assuming that all Christians are into proselytizing. That's so wrong. I'm Catholic, and I've never once knocked on anyone's door trying to get them to become Catholic. I've never known an Episcopalian to attempt converting other people. When's the last time you were hit up by an Eastern Orthodox zealot?
Not all Christians are Fundamentalists, or proselytizers. Please make a note of it.
And at least we Christians can actually spell the word "atheists".

Christians save no one - Jesus Christ is the Savior. Read Matthew 28:19-20, copied in source section below.
I am not afraid of the devil or hell. I give my fears to God and focus on how I can serve God.
God gave us free will, which allows people to choose to disobey God's commandments. Sex outside of marriage, homosexual sex, and drug abuse are sins. This free will also gives each of us the choice to follow Jesus Christ or to live a life of unforgiven sin.
Regardless of what "the atheists" choose, it does not change our responsibility to share God with everyone.
