I think you should try changing your diet a little. At least start to slow down on your soda intake (im sure you're ruining your teeth) and stop with the hot spicy foods. Take some immodium, you should have been taking those religiously if you seriously didn't want a embarassing moment or to smell really badly like poop all the time. Then go get yourself diagnosised by a doctor and get a prescription.

Chronic Diarrhea can be serious, so see a doctor.

That said, fiber! Roughage. Get high fiber drinks, etc. Diarrhea is either from bacterial imbalances in your digestive or diet. Antibiotics for the first, fiber for the second.

I could see the dating thing being a bit rough, but honesty is useful. Your probably looking for someone to spend your life with right? Life is full of difficulties; its mostly a waste of time to spend it with people who panic at the first sign of one.

My Mother-in-Law had a similar problem. The doctor prescribed banana chips. After she started taking these she had very little problems with diarrhea.
Good Luck!

Sounds like irritable bowel syndrome.
I had it for a while. Stress related. Doctor gave me Levbid. Worked great.
See your doctor, cause they can really help you.
Also try BRAT diet. Bananas, rice, apples, toast.
Try not to eat spicy foods, you may be irritating your system.
Good luck

You need to go to a doctor. Fast. Unfortunately, there is a good chance that you may have inflammatory bowel disease, colon cancer, or other similar serious illness.

I know, I have battled inflammatory bowel disease for 12 years. I wish you well.

What's in your diet? Are you getting enough exercise? Are you stressed? Otherwise I believe its best to see what a doctor has to say
