Peppermint is a great appetite suppressant and it's much safer than any of the other stuff. Try peppermint gum or mints. Also, if your hungry try drinking a large glass of water. That will help your stomach to feel full with no caloric intake.

Phentermine worked for me. You need a doctors prescription for it though.
