when i was younger my mom used to give me papaya whenever i got backed up and within seconds i would need to go. you know of any foods that make you go more?

prune's , prune juice, hmmm too much citrus will do it too!

Prunes, papaya, corn, cherries but you can forget all of them and buy the new odorless, tasteless bulking formulas and put them in anything. It's called daily maintenance.
