For some it may be awkward, for some it may be natural. I think though that it shouldnt be something to be embarrased about. Kissing is a natural thing at a wedding, just as long as the two dont start doing tongue hockey in front of everyone. It should be a modest kiss, and the fireworks kisses should be left until they are alone.

It is what every married couple does. It only takes a few seconds of your time. Why would kissing your life long partner be embarrassing? If you didn't kiss at your wedding, people would think there is something wrong with the both of you. You didn't mention your age? You sound very young to be worrying what people will think about a kiss.

I wouldn't consider myself shy but I also don't really enjoy being the center of attention either. However, for my wedding I thought I would be SO nervous and once I got down the aisle and saw my husband to be- everything was absolutely perfect, when it came time to kiss I really didn't know what to expect just because we didn't "discuss" it before it happened (I know that sounds dorky!) but my husband took the lead and kissed me in a way he never had before and seriously took my breath away. It is something that I will remember forever and it truly made my day that much more special! The thought of it is embarrassing but once you're there everything will fall into place!

I was a little nervous about the kiss and I told my husband to just give me a peck, especially since his mom is very conservative and I didn't want to tongue kiss her son in front of her. Well, when I showed up for my wedding, the guy marrying us told me that he told my husband to kiss me really good and long, so the photographer could get a good pic. It wasn't so bad after all, people go to weddings expecting to see the bride and groom really kiss. So, try not to be nervous and just have a great time. When you kiss him, just pretend noone else is there.

I don't think you're dumb, up until now, just now in fact, I hadn't even thought about this! My wedding is in 4 months and now you've made me nervous! I don't like being the center of attention, or for people to stare at me, so that's why I'm kinda freakin out, I just have to keep reminding myself that as long as I'm marrying my man that's all that will matter. GOOD LUCK! We'll both need it!

I don't know about the wedding, however, I am a very outgoing person who also happens to hate any PDA (and so does my man).

I don't think I would feel super comfortable kissing in front of a crowd, especially one that contains (his and) my parents.

It is a little weird to be smooching in front of all those people, but presumably you won't be slipping each other the tongue at the altar. The whole cake cutting/champagne drinking out of each other's glasses at the reception is weirder.

No. You don't even realize that those people are there until after the kiss. You both are so focused on each other that you tune everything else out

No, because it's just a little celebration kiss - you save the soul kissing for later. You are so joyful you just want to wrap yourselves around each other, but you hafta wait.

no it is not the day you get married is the one you will remember forever so make the most of it. give him a kiss you want to last in his mind for the rest of your life. the day you became one. you can make the others blush with your boldness but don't make it look skanky like you are about to throw him to the floor and bang him. that is for the honeymoon. jsut careless woith respect for what others thin kabout your day. it means more to you than to them.
