I know she is pregnant I can feel kittens and her **** are full. This is her first litter. Its been about 2 weeks since her belly started getting huge its been just a little bit bigger every day and today it looks as though she is going to pop and she is having a hard time jumping onto the couch and she doesn't want the male cat or my son and hubby around.

not of labor but of pregancy... cats will be rele mean. esp when they kno they r goin 2 go thru pain. give her like... 4 weeks @ the most n if she doesnt have kittens... then u kno it wasnt pregancy

You would say to take her to a vet If u cant get her to a vet in time first check to see if u feel kittens in her stomoc and then if you have never had a cat in labor try to get a vet to come over and if you cant find one then put her in a quiet room like a bedroom and then sit down with her im not exacly sure if its going into labor yet or even pragnet but if she is then try to follow some of these steps. Hi Chasta...it's difficult to confirm if your cat is pregnant yet grow so large in only two weeks. Pregnancy in cats last 63-65 days. Therefore, my concern would be if she accidentally ingested something that closed off her intestines, which would swell with infection causing vomiting. Or if she has internal parasites or much worse is infected with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) which is fatal and highly contagious to other cats and fatal to them as well. Please consider rushing her to the vet immediately.

Hi, Are you sure your cat is pregnant. Make sure it doesn't have a bowel obstruction!! Do something fast or your cat may fail quickly! Good luck

My cat had the same thing one time, and it turned out that she had worms. You can get deworming pills at most any pet store.

My money is on it being a big ol' hairball. Call the vet, get a bucket ready.

usually sign of labor is when they go somewhere private in the house so no one can see them but maybe she may in labor
