If you were anything other than Indian, I would have said Yes! But as it is, Indians keep to themselves and usually only marry their fellow Indians.
In my 35 years of life, I have only met one (1) Indian man who married a foreigner!!
My answer is No! You will not be able to marry a foreigner because your family will not stand for it!

Go to Goa, many foreigners.
If you just want it to get a visa, residence permit you have to play smart. I advise you, just fall in love with a lady, it shouldn't matter from where she is.

It is possible, also for an Indian guy if you have great understanding with your family and wife. If she can adjust and understand the culture, loose certain habits it can be on the cards. Pairs are made in heaven I say.
