NO !!! You don't have to toss it! First, did you let it sit long enough? Certain fruit jellies need time to set up. If not, the below information came from the extension service. As they mention, if all else fails (and it shouldn't if you reheat and add additional pectin) you have ready made Christmas gifts....a wonderful pancake/waffle or ice cream topping. The glass is half full---not empty !! Good cooking!
17. What if my jelly doesn't set?
Don't worry, there's a solution. You can re-cook your jelly with a small amount of additional pectin. Partially set jelly should be given an extra day after it is made before it is re-cooked. It might just set up during that time. If not, re-cook 4 cups of jelly at a time. Mix 4 teaspoons of MRS. WAGES® Home-Jell into 1/4 cup of water in a large saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add jelly and 1/4 cup of sugar. Stir thoroughly, bring quickly to a full, rolling boil. Boil 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Remove jelly from heat, skim, pour into clean, hot jars, seal and process 5 minutes in a boiling water bath. Sometimes, depending on a lot of things, jelly just wants to be delicious pancake, waffle and French toast syrup! Just enjoy it that way!

Oh, no, DON'T toss it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Even if you can't FIX IT at this point, & I'm not saying that you can't, because I don't know if that is true or not, but use it in other ways. Such as..........different recipes; topping for cakes, pancakes, ice cream, .................& the list goes on.
Try taking one jar of it, & if you know you used pectin (& it was the right amount) then try cooking that 1 jar over again. If it jells then you know you're in luck, & you can do the rest of the jars the same way. If it doesn't work then you know you'll have lots of topping for awhile. Make some labels marking them as "STRAWBERRY (or whatever) TOPPING" & give some of the jars to friends as love gifts. Just don't tell them that it was SUPPOSED to be jelly & you're home safe! And at the same time you've pleased a friend or family member with your thoughtfulness. I know I would appreciate both the thought & the gift! Do you live close by? lol
One time, years ago, my Mom made jelly, but she had the opposite problem, her's turned to a taffy consistency. She was so upset.....she had lived in poverty through the Depression years & couldn't stand, nor afford, to waste anything. As far as us kids were concerned we were thrilled! We had our own stock of instant suckers. We would grab a spoon, stick it in a jar, give it a twist, pull it out......walla!...a somewhat nutritional sucker that lasted for hours! I've never had anything better since! You never know when your "mistake" or "disaster" may be someone elses "delicious sucker"!
We live in a very wasteful time......as they say, "when life gives you lemons make lemonade"! Or "topping" as the case may be! Smile, it will be all right.

Excellent suggestions here. I just wanted to add a tip for next time.
When you start making your jelly, put a plate in the freezer. Just an empty dinner plate. When you think you might be ready to pour your jelly into jars, get the plate, and take a spoonful of the jelly and put it into the middle of the cold plate. See how it sets up there first. If it still runs down the plate when it gets cold, it's not ready yet. If it stays put, it's ready to be canned!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU55Y
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
