First, second, time etc. are all concepts of man. A man may have a first thought but a god having one would indicate somewhat of a lesser god.

Because he is the creator he is outside of time. So isn't subject to time, so He is the first and the last within time. errrrrrm the question would have to be what was his first thought within time, because you can't have a first thought out of time. ummmmm so there
