i dont think india has sent its p.k.f there barring once, as i remember.
future course of action
it sud keep playing a watchdog's role.
1. if it opposes israel it will lose a good high quality weapon supplier.moreover it will annoy US,nato etc. ofcourse we cant play in their hands, we sud b master of our actions etc but why to lose strategic alliance with big bro. afterall we have to see our profit.
2. india open support to israel's action will infuriate arab world which we cant afford in view of our dependency on them for oil n the size of muslim community in our country which has natural soft corner for arab world.india represents its muslim citizen also so its action has to b influenced by its citizens as we r a democratic nation n everyone sud have a say in gov policy.
3. if india oppose israel's action, it will give message that bend to terrorism, which we would least want as we r worst affected

Well , India was once a peace keaping God before but now anti social elements has taken it's positions. Well as for lebanon and isreal India have joint the peacekeaping forces.
