i just turned 14 a month ago and there's something really weird( i'm a guy).
my dad is about 6"1- 6"2 in height and my mom is about 5"3 and it's really weird because everybody always sees my dad and they think of him as a huge person and when people see me next to my dad they're really surprised that i'm really short (4"11"-5"00). is there a chance i got my height from my mom because if i did then that sucks?

My father was 6'1 and my mom is 5'3, i am 5'9 so you'll probably come somewhere in between but you might be at the tallest height you'll ever reach

You could have gotten your height from your mom.... but your only 14, so you still have growing to do. You'll probably hit a major growth spurt soon.
If you don't, then don't worry about it. The best things come in small packages! It's not that bad being short.

Most guys don't stop growing taller until they are about 19 years old. You still have atealst 5 years of growing left to do. While it is possible that you will be shorter like your mother - its unlikely. Just eat healthy and excersise and you will likely end up around 5'10 to 6 foot.

naw, you'll hit your growth spurt soon, probably next summer. for some reason it happens in the summer. you'll go back to school and every one will freak at how tall you've gotten. do worry about it.

Micheal Jordan grew 6 inches during his freshman & sophmore year of college he was 6'6"

Maybe you just haven't hit your "growth spurt" yet, at any rate i wouldn't really worry about it too much.

both of my parents are 5'6" and I am 5'9" so who really knows
