Hhahahaha, this is a very interesting point.
However, I can tell you that the most evolved species are those that do not require a physical body. They've become so advanced that a physical body is useless.

How do you know that God the Father does not have a physical body? Ever been to Heaven to see for yourself? But, no one knows because the people who have gone to heaven never came back to tell us one way or another. But God the Son does have a body. Jesus is God the Son. The Bible says in John 1:14 " And the Word (Jesus) was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father (God) ) full of grace and truth."

He does have a physical body. What? You thought he left it in the tomb? No, he took it with him to heaven. Read Acts chapter 1.
