Why would you think the two were related? Those are two completely different things. Go ask a pharmacist what to do.

Not likely. The reason lysine can help cold sores heal is that it helps to kill the virus that causes the cold sore. Poison Ivy rash is an allergic reaction---totally different causes.
Anti-allergy/anti-itch cream is best for poison ivy. If the rash is on large areas of the body, taking an allergy pill can help as well.

Nope not likely... they are two totally different things!!! Call your local pharmacy and they'll recommend the best treatment for poison Ivy..
