Jehovah's Witnesses understand the Scriptures to teach that exactly 144,000 humans go to heaven.
Their purpose in heaven is to join Christ Jesus as kings and priests to administer God's Kingdom (which will soon replace all earthly governments) after Armageddon.
(Daniel 2:44) God of heaven will set up a kingdom... It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite
(Revelation 14:1) Lamb [Jesus] standing upon the Mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand
(Revelation 20:6) they will be priests of God and of the Christ, and will rule as kings with him
Over whom will they rule? Over the vast majority of mankind, most of whom will have been raised from the dead after Armageddon.
(John 11:23,24) Jesus said to her: “Your brother will rise.” Martha said to him: “I know he will rise in the resurrection on the last day.”
(Acts 24:15) There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.
Until that resurrection, there is no suffering in "hell", or the grave. Sometime after the resurrection, death and "hell" will themselves be destroyed.
(Ecclesiastes 9:5) For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all
(Ecclesiastes 9:10) there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in Sheol ["hell"]
(Revelation 20:14) And death and Hades ["hell"] were hurled into the lake of fire
Almighty Jehovah God selects those few who have the heavenly calling from among godfearing worshippers, including many who were never Jehovah's Witnesses. Today, each true worshipper "feels" his own hope and each person's hope remains unquestioned by his fellow Christians. Still the vast majority (literally more than 99.9%*) of Jehovah's Witnesses expect an EARTHLY hope, the same hope given to Adam and Eve.
(Genesis 1:28) God blessed them and God said to them: “Be fruitful and become many and fill THE EARTH and subdue it [caps added]
(Genesis 2:17) You must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will positively die [so never eating from that tree means never dying]
Interestingly, the Scriptures are full of references to this earthly hope.
(Psalms 37:11) 'the meek will possess the earth'
(Proverbs 2:21) 'upright will reside in the earth'
(Isaiah 45:18) 'God formed the earth to be inhabited'
(Matthew 5:5) 'the mild will inherit the earth'
(Revelation 21:3) The tent of God is with mankind

A baby that dies has been incapable of sinning in action because it's body is incapable of acting.
Children are taught the rules of how to behave in the physical world by adults who teach them how to lie and cheat etc. Ask a psychologist - a 3 year old is totally unable to lie.
If a child dies that young it's because their soul is ready to move on. As hard as it is for those left behind, God will take those that are ready.
My question: why ask such a potentially hurtful question? Be an atheist if that's what you want but why seek to hurt the feelings of those bereaved parents who will inevitably read your resentful, immature question?
Your questions are badly thought out as well.
Question 1= a baby has a fully developed soul.
Question 2= No, and seeing as you are no more knowledgable than any other human, you have no right to critcize.
Think before typing.

1) The organic body is just an infant with the immature brain. The spirit is very aware of all that's going on and knows what's happening in it's surroundings.
2)Unfortunately, many christians have no idea what goes on after they die. They think that they goe to this place with the pearly gates with a man named Peter standing outside. They are totally unaware of the many spiritual levels that they must pass through and either return to another life or move on to the next spiritual level.

Read Ecclesiastes 9:5,6,10. At Genesis 3:19 states that when we die we will return to dust from out of it we were taken just read the scripture for more details. So babies don't go to heaven they return to dust. And some Christians actually don't know what happen to babies when they die.

I think all people will know heaven when/if they get there.
but honestly, any answer about going to Heaven is only "feel good" since no one really knows who is going or not, that is up to God to decide. We can only have a hope/thought/idea that certain people are there.
**
You asked that those of us who said Heaven is real you want us to provide proof - My proof is my belief - There is a Heaven.
In the interest of fairness, I would like to see proof from those who say Heaven doesn't exist - What is your proof? Do you have any more proof against than I do for?

While we don't know for sure if babies go to heaven or not, we assume so, bc based on our limited understanding of God and sin and how it affects us, it seems that God has grace enough to allow those who are unable to understand the Gospel in words entrance into heaven. Realistically, they might not be in heaven, they may go to hell bc they're just as fallen as any of us. But since they don't seem to have the capacity to understand who God is on a cognisant (sp?) level, we think God gives them grace. It's called the age of accountability, and if it does exist as we infer, then it probably differs for everyone.

Okay, in order for people to go to heaven, they have to understand that everyone is a sinner. We are born into a sinful world. Then we have to understand that for our sin, there is a penalty for it. We can either pay for it ourselves in hell for eternity, or accept Jesus death on the cross as payment for our sins. So, this is where the age off accountability comes in. There is no "magic age" when a person reaches this point. A child does not necessarily understand that murder is a sin. But they can understand that disobedience is a sin. If they understand this, they are accountable.
A baby however does not understand sin. They have no clue what sin is. All they know is they are either hungry, tired, content or dirty. So, why would God punish a baby in hell for not knowing what sin is? You are punished in Hell for not accepting Jesus death on the cross as payment for your sin debt.

1 - What does it matter if the baby knows it's in heaven or not?
2 - No, it's the truth. It just happens to feel good.

How does the baby know? Well, since they are in heaven, they will have the right perspective to know that. They will know more than we know because they will be with our God who knows all.
It's more than just a feel good answer.
Jesus, however, called the children to himself and said, "Let the children come to me and do not prevent them; for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.
Amen, I say to you, whoever does not accept the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it."

Heaven doesnt exsist. that's going to exsist in a guy or woman if he has a truthfull ideas. It could desire to exsist in a position no count if that's coated by the sunshine of reality. yet no such persons and places exsist in this international. So itz a fantasy. yet if reality be counseled each and every guy or woman can create their very very own heaven. Thats what all faith and gods says.
