Yahoo will need to change the rules because the rules have been created by the wrong hands.
They should allow advertising and be able to generate contextual ads from Yahoo classifieds , Yahoo stores and Yahoo product comparison / shopping and Overture listings relevant to the subject in question. The business of Yahoo is to make money in a legitimate way I dont see how it would be illegal or causing a loss to yahoo if somebody advertises. In fact it should be actively encouraged for advertisers to include photos, drawings, etc. seeking buyers for their products. This will allow sellers with no marketing budget to be able to sell their products more and eventually sign up with Yahoo stores. Yahoo generates page views and contextual ads delivery impressions.
If Yahoo cannot stop spam email, then they cannot stop somebody advertising in YA.

You get lazy people to pay you for doing the research job they should be doing in the Internet in order to learn a language. I know you don't speak ANY languages, I am almost sure you are not a teacher.
