It depends on what you mean by working out. Cardio is great to do everyday. It actually builds heart muscle. As far as lifting weights, you shouldn't work the same muscle 2 days in a row. Just alternate. Do arms one day and legs the next. As far as effects on hormones, they are only affected if you take steroids. If you lift weights, be sure to stretch afterwards so you don't bulk up, it looks better to have long lean muscles. Also, after lifting weights, be sure to eat protein to help repair muscle tears.

Muscles can't grow if they are being constantly worked on. Muscles grow during resting periods. Develop a schedule to work different muscles a week.

you have a heightened risk of self injury, also if your working out too much you might burn yourself out, and you might not be getting the proper amount of sleep, which is essential in weight training, becuase during sleep is when muscles grow! i suggest weight training one day, then cardio the next, then a day off. by having two days on and one day off youll be in balance and in terrific shape
