Comic Sans.
The text appears that you think seriously (though cant find a translation, so it could mean any old rubbish,) the font says there is a bright side to you.

it would depend on the size that you are getting it tattooed.
It looks like it will in a smaller font size due to the amount of letter's, you would def. want it with a font that is fairly straight forward with not too much detail so that it will be legible and not bleed together. If you are going big (go big or go home) than you have a bit more that you can lay with. Best advice, talk to the artist about it. He/She will (should) give you the best advice, they will now what will work and what won't.

Well first of all, not to sound stupid, but what does that mean? I would be alot easier to pick a font knowing what the phrase means. But Old English makes anything look cool.

NO to tattoos
why not silk screen it onto a banner?
emboss it as your letterhead onto some stationary?
sculpt a statue, inscribing the quote into the base?
have "business" cards printed with your quote?
I feel that if you get a tatoo, you are not heeding your own quote

My Latin was never that brilliant but I would think Times New Roman should cover it.

whichever looks best to YOU - tattoos, I think, are for yourself more than anyone else, so get one that you will appreciate for as long as possible.
And sorry about all the judgers by the way.
