Yeah, I'm familar with patois. I'm Jamaican. Dro and Moe are liquors of some kind. Not really sure what kind they are. The person who is saying that means pass the liquor, open another bottle. Gal means girl. Inna mean in or inside. Mi means me. I hope this helps.
