im starting college in about a week and im not really sure what to expect is it just like school or is it totally different is it fun do they still have strict rules im not really sure so i would really appreciate people trying to give me an insight into what its like!

More flexible. Less drama. People surrounding you are more mature. Everyone is on their own in college, compared to High School. No bells ring, so sometimes you get out of class early. You can take classes online. Books are somewhat expensive. The rules are not as strict, you can walk out of class, or not show up if you don't want to, but it depends on the teacher. People can smoke, drink, whatever.

Depends on the college/university really. Colleges tend to be less fun than universities as universities have a lot of graduates and you can live in dorms. Colleges can be enjoyable depending on what kind of college it is -- they tend to be really flexible in terms of you manage your own time and you hold yourself responsible.
