I don't think there is a particular way that women dress to "get laid" unless they are professionals. Most women dress nicely, some might dress in what is considered a provocative manner, but that's no guarantee that she wants to have sex.
The question you are asking is similar to asking if a woman says no does she really mean yes? The answer is no.
I think you must be young and inexperienced. Trust me, if a woman wants you in a carnal manner she will let you know and there will be no doubt in your mind.

I have to be honest sometimes when I'm out with my boyfriend, regardless of what I dress like, I still get laid and I still want it no matter what I wear.
But, if I'm in the mood to get laid, I usually pick and choose my clothes wisely. I may wear a nice very low cut blouse, tight jeans, or a short skirt without panties. This way I can assure no matter where I am its easy access to get laid from my boyfriend. I know if I wear something sexy with him he'll get the hint and be turned on. He knows now if I wear something sexy and make myself look pretty with fixed hair and make up that I'm looking for something besides a nice night out.
I think most women do dress a certain way when their horny but it's also something men and other people take wrong. They take it wrong because there are whores out there that are dressing the way to have sex for money. Which is giving us a bad wrap because we're all not whores we just want our partner to take us because we're one in our relationship. A low cut shirt and a pair of nice tight hip hugging jeans would work the same way just fine without exposing that much skin.

On a flight from FL to MN, my best friend talked me into wearing this tiny little mini dress without panties and she instructed me to tease a man or two. I love going to south florida, very decadent and this is where I bought the dress. my friend lived at a clothing optional place so the dress was pretty revealing. anyway, I had no intention of getting laid, just feeding the exhibitionist in me. Nah man, these women will wear a short skirt just for the heck of it. Ask em why they wore the short skirt and they'll tell you it's cause they wanna. But they can't admit it's all about attention man. They just love attention...just not that kind of attention! You will find that their are women wearing short skirts at he bars who are with their husbands, they want to feel sexy or simply like short skirts. No, it doesn't mean they want to get laid, and even if they did, it doesn't mean they want to get laid by you.
