where can I find a blue light bulb and a black light bulb in Miami, FL?

Go to Home Depot, they have every color of Bulb in production, also try wal-mart there very good at selling this too for childrens party's !

If you have a Spenser's Gifts in your area try there. Blue bulbs should be available at any hardware store or Walmart. Black lights might be available at Walmart (phone first) but definately at Spencer's. Last resort- try ebay.

You can't. They are illegal in Fl.
