I think as long as it has no carbs, you are OK to drink it. Just look at the carb count.

Just about any of the diet drinks. I like Coke Zero and Sprite zero. They are allowed (though I'm not on Atkins).

You can drink Diet Pepsi. You are better off getting rid of soda though.

Try diet pepsi..experiment. Mostly, if not all diet sodas have zero carbs. i really like dt sunkist! I used to be a pepsi fanatic but haven't had it in a month now :)

The Diet Rite drinks are allowed! They don't have any of the aspertame we're not supposed to have. It's actually sweetened with Splenda. And nowadays, you can get it in a lot of yummy flavors... Like Kiwi Strawberry... mmmm!

Tea or coffee with no sugar cream or lemon. Water diet drinks with 1 or less carbs.

anything with no carbs so that is fine. mostly water though is the best for you to flush out all the grease that your eating on that atkins diet.
