Don't have that one ....but here's the one I use...everyone loves it.

Cheddar Bacon Souffle

2 cups quality aged cheddar cheese -- shredded
5 large eggs -- separated
6 slices bacon -- cooked crisp and crumbled
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Blend in flour, mustard and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Beat egg yolks well. Stir in a small amount of cheese mixture into yolks; add yolk mixture to saucepan and blend thoroughly. Stir in bacon. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Stir a large spoonful of egg whites into cheese sauce. Fold in remaining egg whites. Turn into a greased souffle dish measuring about 8" across and 3 1/2" deep.

Bake in preheated oven at 325 for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve immediately.

I am pretty sure Panera Bread has it. And they probably won't give it out. But you could always call them and ask.
