I met this girl, we get along very well, its a new thing a month only.
I am very fond of her, i wish i could get some kind of engagement from her like sexaual exculisivity. she is on a trip and she just told me she slept with another man, and it wasnt serious. She says she loves me but dont want to be in a serious relationship or to give me this engagment i ask for.
Now she is going to be out of contact for the next week, and our conversation ended bitterly.
What do you think of what she saying/ what im saying?

well first of all my friend i have a problem with her telling you she loves you but goes around sleeping with others. people toss the love word around like its nothing, remember the good ole days when love was the hardest thing to say it but when someone said it then the ring came next. now people say it then say they dont wanna be in nothing serious, it got serious when she said i love you. i think you deserve better, your playing yourself waiting for something that dont wanna be there for you. so i say to you, your a good man, go out there continue to date and you will find what your looking for, dont go looking for love, believe me my friend love will find you

well you are comming on to her too strong and fast! you are scaring her or she wouldnt have slept with the other man!!! if you mean engagement as in you proposed then you are way more into her than you are, if you mean engagement like just getting to know her more and be a couple, then thats different, but it sounds like she doesnt want to be commited to anyone right now. I dont know why she would say she loves you, did she say it like she ment it or what? she probably only told you about the other man hoping that you would get mad and break up with her, but that didnt work so now she wont talk to you. she is cutting you out of her life. sorry

I don't think she's very serious about you. Sleeping with someone else is definitely shouting that loud and clear. She seems to be playing the field and tagging you along for the ride. If you're looking for a serious relationship, get out of this one. 'I love you', empty words, she wouldn't have slept with someone else if she really meant them.

Get rid of her, she's a slut! Having one night stands, when you have a guy ready to commit waiting for you at home, is a good sign of that. There are plenty of women that will and can make you fall for them just as quickly, that want a real relationship and find just having sex with someone you don't care about disgusting!

Drop her, she doesn't seem to be the type to settle down with just one. GIrls like that are trouble. Unless you're just there for the goods, which you aren't. Plus, do you really think a relationship with her that has already started with her sleeping with another man will last? She does it once, she'll do it again.

Sounds like she isn't ready to be exclusive and doesn't take sex as seriously as you do.
It's only been a month. Why the rush to get engaged? Don't force the issue or you will lose her.

It's not bad to want exclusivity. You just have the wrong girl. If she is hurting you now or cheating on you, that's not something that you should put up with. If you aren't special enough for her to not sleep with others you need to find someone who will think that you are top.

Sounds like you each want very different things in a relationship. My advice: another bus is coming. There are plenty of women around who welcome the idea of a committed relationship. You're a rare treasure, so trade this one in for someone who will treasure you.

Just tell her that you slept with someone or that you went on a date, this will make it seem like she will have to try harder to be with you and will probably be exclusive with you, good luck, i hope things work out for you
