And what should i do or say so that he likes me? P.S. he's 20, i'm 18.the point is that it's russia, it's not usual here for girls to make the first move. and also, how should a girl behave in the conversation with a man? well; it is have nothing to do with where you are or what you have to do ,just step up and start to do something kind of classic and do not wait too long coz next time when he park his car near to your window you could see a girl beside him .
And if he is always parking his car near your window just look out of the window and make him see you and just make eye contact make him feel you around then start with good morning ..... And by time he will feel that you want to say things more and he could ask you out.... and that way you will not be the one how start first ......if that did not happened just be patient and try to find any occasion where your family can invite his and may things go smoothly after that ......

well before u make any move u have to make sure he notices you...for example when ever he gets out his car make sure ur not inside your house lookin outside the window...be outside perhaps checkin the mail or just chilling...if he looks at you smile and say hi...wait for his reaction if he seems indifferent than just forget bout it...but if he smiles back then go ahead n make a comment to start a conversation...like if its hot...or cold..(i dont kno the climate in russia) just say "what a hot day?" and see where that leads
