I don't know what you mean by this question, so I will answer it by what I am perceiving. God is not asleep. But I think you are asking why He allows sin. He allows us to have a free will, because He wants us to love Him by our own choosing. So there are many that reject Him and prefer to live in their sins. Many are rebuked in our sin, for God rebukes those He loves as a father punishes a son or a daughter to show them consequences for their actions. But even with rebuking, many fall away and continue to live in sin. So He allows them to continue to live the way they have chosen. Unfortunately, when God finally acts on the sins of the world, those who have rejected Him will face eternal punishment for their sins. So God is not sleeping. He is being patient with us.
