There are rare occasions in which a child is born with extra genitalia...most often boys are born with 2 um... you know ;)
Most often than not it is not functional but either way it is abnormal. I'm genuinely curious, Believers, do you think God made your baby this way, and if so would you keep the extra....member... attached? Or would you have it removed because it shouldn't be there? (but if it shouldn't be there why would God make him like that?)
(There is no health risk in having it BTW)

I can't weigh in from a religious viewpoint; I'm just surprised to hear about this. I've heard of hermaphrodites, but not this. I had no idea there were two-headed....never mind.

What makes you think it is God that did it? Satan can cause things to go wrong with a child. If it is obvious it does not belong and he will be ridiculled when he is older, get it fixed. There are some girl/boys that have both too and grow breasts as the woman but has both genitalia. So you think that was an act of God too?

Unfortunately you're are talking about reality and science like being born inter-sexed or with gender not matching sex. Christians in general are to bigoted to even glance at something that might not agree with their faith. No matter how much undeniable facts are there.

Since it is non-functional and we have this built in paranoia about things that are different a little snip will save much heartache later.

frogs that have extra limbs usually means they have been living in contaminated water or eating contaminated food... for humans the mother may have been exposed to some kind of poison or drug.... but God does work in mysterious ways

i dont know why God does things, i dont think that its necessarily his fault anyway that the boy was born like that.

That is a sign that the child is a demon. It should be aborted at any cost.
Seriously, don't you agree?
