I am just curious, no thought provoking question here!

What ever you do have a safe, happy Labor Day weekend…
I don’t want to see any of you at my job! (lol)

do they take attendance

From what I've seen, it depends on the holiday.

Sundays that are near holidays like Christmas and Easter have higher attendance (since these are the only times some people participate in church) while Sundays around holidays like Labor Day and Memorial Day have lower than regular attendance (as people travel to places where they know of no church).

Personally, I'm travelling this weekend so I won't be attending church locally. I will be participating in the church body at my destination.

Regardless of whether there's a holiday or not, I suggest that you go and check it out for yourself.

May God bless you!

I know lots of people who ONLY go on holidays, so I'm thinkin holiday attendance would be better? And there's lots of churches at the beach, so I guess people are going even if they're on vacation....
And no, I hope I never see you at your job (no offense)....unless you work at the same ER my mother does...I go there just to visit =)
Safe happy Labor Day weekend to you too!!

More people go than usual if that holiday weekend is for Christmas or Easter holidays, unfortunately.
You likewise have the same type of weekend.
I have a moderately serious illness right now, so I hope I don't have to see people with your job this weekend, as I am all too familiar with them already, and not because I work with them, but because they work on me!

Good grief Jim, your limbido must be incredible.
From what I remember of when I used to go to church, more people go on holidays. I don't go at all.
