Yes, you can take Tylenol with Lexapro.
If you are not 100% certain you can call your pharmacy to find out for sure they will answer your questions for sure. I just know this cause I have been told that it is ok to take Tylenol and Lexapro together and I have and have had no troubles with it.

Tylenol in many studies ,shows to cause problems with the liver.Be very careful with what you mix with it.
