When my little boys have been outside playing, I tell them they smell like a goat - which they do - but it goes away after they've been inside for a while. Same with your dog.

If my dogs are outside for any length of time, they come in smelling like pollution, but it goes away pretty quickly since they are inside dogs. There are "perfumes" for dogs. Or you might want to use a wet wipe of some kind to wash her when she comes in.

She heats up outside, as humans would only with a fur coat on, then comes in and cools off. Give her a bath or trim every now and then or keep your nose away from her!

it may be that she just relieved herself outside. I always wipe my dogs paws and anus when she comes back inside the house. Also dont feed her any human food, try changing her diet to organic brand.
