I'm making a Cottage Pie ( That's like a Shepherd's Pie but made with beef). It's got onions,garlic,carrots,celery, minced shin of beef, various herbs and beef stock. Once it's cooked I'll thicken the gravy and put ithe filling in an oven-proof dish and top with mashed potatoes and then bake in the oven for half an hour.
