The length of the skirt doesn't matter. You will look like a jerk if you try to look up a girl's skirt. She's probably trying to show off her legs, not her underwear.

There is a difference between "looking" and "seeing". If you can see up a girls skirt just by glancing over at her then it's kind of unavoidable to do so ( and her skirt is too short for public) that doesn't mean you have to make it OBVIOUS you are doing so. Remember, no matter what the situation ( except maybe a strip club) it is never nice to stare, so use some subtlety

Yes its wrong to look up girls skirts. So the ones that are short enough and you don't have to look up are preferred.

If the girl shows her bum right in front of your eyes and she shows you that she notice your watching it by smiling at to you, it will be no wrong to do so.
Otherwise, if she does not show it to you directly, you should not dare look it up because she is wearing the skirt not for you.

Anything that's visible from a standing position is fair game in my opinion! If you stoop or try to lift the skirt then you're a pervert and should have your balls rapped very hard with a stick.

yes it is & i'd imagine you'd get a slap from her, reported to the police or maybe even beaten up by her macho boyfriend should she have one.
just because a girl wears a skirt isn't an invitation for men to stare like he's never seen legs before or try & touch her up. sheesh

i would never deliberately do it. i think girls can dress to look good but sometimes they go too far. particularly when theyre aware guys are visually stimulated and that they themselves are attractive. and then call us a perv if we happen to see something theyve put in our face!!
i dont think a girl should wear a really short skirt which reveals if she bends over. it isnt necessary to do that to be attractive.
please girls dont take this the wrong way (!!) please do continue to dress how you feel confident.....just have dignity about it!!
