It seems like all people do is add question ( even if they don't make sense) to earn some kind of point level thing. Is it really helping each other out or just mumbo jumbo time wasting. Lord knows Americans don't need to waste anymore time!!!

The point is to get you to look at the ads. Yahoo makes money every time you click on one.

The point level system makes it look like an intelligence contest of some sort when there's no real contest because you get points for the stupidest answer as well as for any other type.

It otherwise appeals to all sorts of reasons why we have a need to communicate with strangers, fictitious characters, charlatans, and children.
