There is a girl at school. She is one of my best (girl) friend's best friends. She is very shy and quiet, I had been going to school with her for like a year before I got to know her. She is really nice and sweet and really cares about people. We text each other from time to time and if we are alone we will chat, but what can I do to talk to her more often? I dont have a crush on her (well, if I do it isnt a big one) but I want to get to know her better as a friend. She will never iniciate a conversation, so how should I speak to her?

Just tell her. Be bold enough to just let her know how you feel about her. To have friends you must be a friend. Get it? Get out there and let her know you care for her and like her. Try scheduling more time to be around her. Don't scare her off but be a good friend. Maybe she'll do the rest to inniciate the BF GF thing. Good luck.

Just get some balls and go up and talk to her. If you really want to be friends, you'll do it. Especially if you don't have a crush, you shouldn't be that shy around her. Or why don't you and your best friend and the girl (since she's your best friend's best friend) all hang out? Get to know each other better, and start talking to her more at school.

maybe you should think about things to talk to her about. ask if u can call her and maybe hang out with her sometime and try to open her up. of course don't make any moves (but like u said theres really no crush) but just ask her questions that you want to know about her and see what happens from there. What ever you do don't give up wit out a fight. Have this girl open up to u and treat her good as a best friend give advice and listen to her. Just ask her things, Good luck.

Ask her out for pizza-or something. You do not even need to do this in person. Text her. If you feel that she might not accept--ask a mutual friend also. Another person, the first time, might help. Maybe make it a small group and see how things go. Good luck.

I could be wrong, but it sounds to me like you may like her more than you are saying, but that's OK. I don't know how old either of you are, but if you drive...go by her house one day and tell her you were just out running around and wondered if she would like to go get something to eat, or just get out for a while. If you don't drive, then see if she will let you have her home phone# and call her every now and then. Don't call to often though, increase the amount of times you call depending on the way she acts when you call. good luck dude.....

Make something up! If you guys are in school together, ask her for help on homework or something....anything school related....tell her you're working on a project and you need her opinion...something like that...and then just somehow get off subject and start talking to her. Then, since you just want to be friends, say something like "hey a bunch of friends are going ______, wanna come?"

chat as u guyzz do but more and more....strike up long convoz wenever u meet her...tok on fone....u text each other....wht else do u want?? u plannin to keep her in the pocket....i guez this is more than enuf cz if u try more ull nt b giving her space and soon she'll feel uncomfy and wht happenz rite now will also nt happen...be happy with less!!! and yea i think by ur explainations tht u like her alott!

Well mister player it seams you have a crush on her if your good Friend you should already know her now what you want is to get to know her in a relationship type of way just ask her out ... on a date not as Friends .....
