you could do a bl*w job, where they spray whipped cream in a line down your stomach until you pick up the shot with your mouth near the 'hot body's' *ahem...you know what. Its pretty hot and will for sure draw a crowd. You can do it with the shot cunnilingus as well, if you prefer a female counterpart.
