i know i have a problem but i just can't get over the fact that when i feel my stomach or when i look in a mirror i see a chubby stomach. and i hate it. alot. my thighs uhh i hate them so much. i really do. the only time my ribs show is when i stretch back. you can see my ribs on my back but idk ... the other parts of me i think are fat. i've been working out 2 and a half hours a day for the last week and im hoping this is going to help. is that fat or normal weight? i do eat ... id say normally. but i just don't know. i really hate my stomach and thighs. i can't stand getting on the scale everyday and not losing weight after doing all that exercise. WHEN WILL I START SEEING RESULTS? oh yeah and i do this 6 days a week. rest on sunday.

you are not fat. try " underweight." you have to learn to love yourself first and that will teach you to accept your body as it is. As we get older your body is the main thing that is gonna constantly change. I'm 5'5 and some cm. and I am 176 pounds. Now that is a little overweight, but hey, I feel sexy and beautiful so I am sexy and beautiful. And my weight is no issue to me. If my ribs were visible my momma would be in that kitchen right now cooking fried chicken, potatoes and biscuits cause something is obviously wrong.

I'm sorry to say but I beleive you are anorexic, severely. YOU ARE NOT OVERWEIGHT. As a matter of fact YOU ARE UNDERWEIGHT. Please believe me. You need to get some help. YOU NEED TO GAIN WEIGHT. A healthy weight for your body is around 125-135 pounds. Eat healthy to gain weight, and stop exercising so much. Exercise IS VERY good for you but not that much that often at that weight. Talk to your doctor about how to put weight on the healthy way, and come up with an exercise schedule more like an hour a day, to and hour and a half a day max, and stop trying to lose weight. You are beautiful being you. Don't worry about other people.

There is no way you are fat. You are being too hard on yourself. I suggest you take up jogging. Running gives you long and lean muscles, with good definition. It takes about 6 weeks to see the results of any exercise regime. And you only need to do about 30 minutes of exercise daily. Any more will add muscle bulk, which can be uglier than fat on girls.
