I am sorry, but this is not a good question to put out there. If you have to ask this question, the answer is no. She is not at an age to handle the baggage of a sexual relationship.
Drugs are illegal, unless prescribed by a physician. You could lose your child if caught allowing such behavior.
You be a parent and discuss these issues with her. Let her know not everyone does it, and she does not have to either. Inform her of all the ups and downs of these experiences in life. You have to be the adult in this relationship, you have to be a parent, and not her friend. She may become moody, but what teenager isn't? She'll do what she wants to. That is the fact of life.

well I had sex at the age of 12 with a 18 year old man it was so good I still remember the night he kissed me I'm 21 now and I dream about him every night he took my virginity and I loved if you let her you will be a grandma and have to change her babies and never have you re owner time always with your grand children and I'm talking 6 at the age of 20 my children are almost 1year and a half 4boys 2girls and I'm pregnant again and I have no education cause I'm unemployed on the streets my children live with there grandparents ow well.

Are you kidding me? What kind of mother would let her 13 year old have sex and who cares what kind of nationaltiy he in.. That not the problem.. The problem is we mothers need to be stern and put our foot down not being lenient on everything.. True we can't stop it if they hid it but we can coax or talk them down because they are at an age which they need a guide to see what is good for them or not...

Definately have her go all moody, she's too young and her b/f will get into serious trouble with the law. I can't believe you're even wondering about it b/c you're worried she will go all moody on you, stand your ground on this and tell her the likely consequences of her actions will get them both into trouble. NO!... a 13 yr old isn't ready for sex. After she is 18 you can't tell her no, until then tell her to keep those legs crossed.
In addition tell her when she is 16 then she can start dating.
