You probably won't like my answer, but you need to know:
Toms don't generally help raise kittens, though they will kill them given opportunity.
Queens can be impregnated by as many toms as they have kittens... so they may All be the fathers.
Unless you are willing to be responsible for getting the recommended shots and providing continuing care for all these kittens she is having, please contact your local Humane Society. Get her spayed! They usually have programs that are cheap or even free for those who need financial assistance. There are too many unwanted cats already. They cause problems and carry diseases that affect, not only treasured pets, but potentially the health and welfare of your family too. Rabies and Feline Leukemia are just two concerns... Be a part of the solution and not the problem!

Go on Maury, he has a good track record in this area.
Look, I don't want to be rude, but.....12 pregnancies in 2 years?! Have you ever thought maybe you should have her SPAYED? Where have all her kittens gone? You DO know there's a worldwide cat overpopulation problem? Have you not read or heard about all the animals being euthanized every day needlessly simply because they couldn't find a home? Because people like you just let them breed indiscriminantly? I usually don't get upset with people on here, but good God!
Stop focusing on making a little kitty "family" (cats don't breed for life, by the way...."monogamy" is not in their vocabulary, and they don't usually raise their young as a "couple". Plus, it's already been stated that BOTH males could've fathered the kittens), and focus more on the fact that you're contributing to the overpopulation problem.

Do a DNA test...the only way you can really be sure. Color isn't a trustworthy indicator because a white kitten can come from two black cats. However, such things as whether any of the kittens are long-haired and only one of the tom-cats is long haired may be a better indicator. Like others have said though, males don't play a role in raising kittens.
Female cats usually only give birth two times a year because they are only in heat two times a year, so I kinda doubt your story. But if its true, then listen to Bob Barker, go get your cat spayed...bringing kittens into this world when there are so many homeless cats out there is just irresponsible.

Cats don't do Ozzy and Harriet dear.
Male cats generally do not raise kittens. They have been known to kill the kittens belonging to other male cats so they can bring the mother back into estrus. A male cat has a much larger territory then a female - his will actually encompass 3 other females. To this end he wanders his territory, checking on things and visiting on each female. But he doesn't hang around to raise the kids.
Please, read 'Tribe of the Tiger'. It's a great book and will help you understand that though domesticated your cat is not a little person who wants a job, a family, house and car.

Not sure if the asker is really serious. If cat's *normal*, would mean that she's gotten 45-60 kittens the last 2 years. That's enough to driva anybody insane and wouldn't exactly trigger happy-family-thoughts.
Get her spayed and live happily ever after. As for fathers in the cat world, they're not very fond of their offspring, plus there can actually be more than one father to a litter.

If your cat isnt kept inside you will have no way of knowing.Generally,it is frowned upon to allow your cat to get pregnant that many times. It is not very healthy and it is putting a huge struggle on her body.I understand that you would like to keep your cats together but it isnt healthy. You should take her to a vet they can spay her and prevent her from getting pregnant again. Her getting pregnant that many times and giving birth that many times is putting a risk on her life.I am not judging you just making a suggestion. If you love your cat like you seem to then get her spayed so she doesnt have anymore kittens and allow her and yourself to enjoy this last litter of kittens.Good luck.

I seriously hope you are joking! if not you are a TOTALLY IRRESPONSIABLE CAT OWNER! Poor cat. get your cat spayed as soon as her kittens are weaned. the male if kept with the babies may eat them or kill them or something, it's not a good idea to keep them together.
as far as the father, maybe both are the father. cats can get pregnant from different males for the same pregnancy.
I hope you have homes for these kittens already picked out.
