I don't think God is a He or a She. I just refer to Him as "Him" cuz I gotta use SOMETHING to refer to Him as. Somehow it seems disrespectful to call God a "It"...

I don't see your point. Everywhere God is mentioned in the Bible, He's mentioned in the masculine gender, therefore rendering Him a male.
