Burning movies to a DVD format isn't as simple as drag and drop. You have to author DVDs. I can tell you of two good freeware programs that will do it but it depends on the format of the video.

If it's a n MPG then you're almost there. SimpleDVD http://simpledvd.honzakov.net/ will created the DVD structure for you (that is build the AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS directories for you). It can do this pretty quick.

Any other video format needs to be converted. The easiest to work with is AVI, DivX and XviD. You can use AVI2DVD http://www.trustfm.net/divx/SoftwareAvi2Dvd.html to build an ISO image file that you can easily burn using most standard burning programs.

counting on what Burner application you're utilising their are some burners accessible that allow you to burn vid's to cd. i take advantage of the two warm Burn or Roxio undemanding cd writer 5 and haven't any hassle attending to cd. There to once you bypass to burn to cd you could desire to make certain you at the instant are not utilising the burn as archives, to burn a vid to cd you could desire to apply the different option for video.
