could not do it. when you try to empty the pacific, you will be emptying all the other oceans at the same time and where would you put the water. it would just flow back into the ocean.

if 7 billion ppl (earths population) drank 2 litres of water each, then they would drain the pacific ocean in 50 days...unless they peed back into it at the same time
