There is no one "BEST" SAT guide. It is so because most of these popular books have strengths and weaknesses and they suit different test takers in a different fashion. If you go to Amazon.com and look up the SAT guides for sale, and then check out the reviews, you will understand what I am talking about. There are both supporters as well as detractors of most of the popular guides.
My advise will be to check out these reviews to see which of these books come closest to YOUR expectations and then go for it. No single book will do it all for you, you will have to fill in the gaps yourself or get two (or more) complementary guidebooks (example, book 1 has great vocab but unremarkable math exercises, then use a math intense book to balance it out.)
So, good luck on your search and all the best for your SATs.

Depends on what you mean by "best". The test is published by the Educational Testing Services of Princeton, NJ. They make a lot of different tests. Their official site is #1 below.
I teach English in Japan, and a lot of my students take the TOEIC and TOEFL tests, also published by ETS. I use their material, but I also have found that other companies make study guides that are just as good but offer more test material for your money. The company I use most often is Barron's. They're listed as #2.
Good luck!
