i dont think you can b born on a plane as women that far on arent alowed to fly???

but some people have early births and all so i guess it would b watever country you are going to as it would be in that country that the paramedics would help out after the birth or cut the cord or watever

Generally the country the mother is from, of the country you are over, depending on the judgment of the county clerk you submitted the info to for the birth certificate

Your citizenship would be the same as your parents. But women in late-term pregnancy are discouraged from taking plane trips so it's not very likely to happen.

According to convention, the child would assume the nationality of the Airline's home base. Therefore, if its an aircraft whose base is in the United States, the child would assume US citizenship.

You are usually a citizen of the country of your parents birth. Our Pastor's wife had a baby in France, but he doesn't have duel citizenship, he is a US citizen.

prob. the country to wherever you land at after the baby is born when the baby is placed in the hospital for check up's.SOOO...WHERE EVER YOU WERE GOING TO I ASSUME
