Yes there is. You can go to www.guaranteedleadsinc.com and if you are a client they will offer you free training on how to set appointments with the leads. I know the folks that have used them are writting alot of policies.

You have to be passonate about what you are doing, avoid the recording sound. Smile when on the phone. Be sensitive to person's time -- for cold leads, set-up appt. time that is convenient for them instead of launching into your spiel as they are probably not prepared to deal with a long call. Keep a sense of urgency in your tone like you are about to walk out the door so they aren't afraid of getting stuck on the phone with you and you are in control instead of them -- "Hey I just have a moment but wanted to touch base with you because ______ can we set up a 15 - 20 minute call in the future so I can tell you about _____. If they want to get into a conversation, put them off and say that you really don't want to short change them and need more time to go into more detail and you only have a few minutes.

If you don't think your handling sales right, I can guarantee you aren't. The only other thing I know about sales is, if you have to ask Yahoo Answers how to sell, you should consider a career change.
