Target? We've targets aplenty. They are in the lands of those that either hate us or have weapons that are or could be targeted at us.

Use them? That is entirely different.

Once my son slapped his mother. I slapped him and reinforced that his action was wrong (he never slapped her again). I didn't kill him, much less in a massive and gruesome way. Nuclear weapons are the last resort unless others resort to nuclear weapons first.

1 - Oh, Antarctica, most definitely!

2 - It would raise the world's sea levels VERY quickly, thereby wiping out places like New York City, Boston, the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle (why ARE the far left-wing mostly on the coasts, anyway?) and a few other smaller burgs and make for a much nicer country in which to live. Then the super-enviros could stop babbling about global warming as its principal anticipated side-effect would already be in place and they could transfer their anxiety onto some other (real or imagined) "problem".
