If a guest is staying at your resort, and after you have met with them you run into them during their leizure time while still at your resort, how would you greet them. Would you say something like, hello Mr. Whoever, How is everything? Please let me know if I can do anything for you. ?

If morning, I'd say: Good morning, Mr. Whoever, did you sleep well?
If afternoon, I'd say: Good afternoon, Mr. Whoever, are you enjoying your stay?
If evening, I'd say: Good evening, Mr. Whoever, did you have a good day?

Greet them by their name, don't ask them for anything, but ask how everything is going. Much like a server in a restuarant, you have the power to change anything that isn't right for them. Take advantage of it. If something is wrong, fix it, if not, greet them and carry on...people on vacation don't like to be bothered by the staff.
