You can file some of the paper work here right off the net and the rest she is going to have to do there and if you go and see her go with her so that they wont be so liable to screw her financially if your there with her. It takes some time but it is worth it. I have had many friends that have done it and I wouldn't mind doing it but don't have the time right now nor do I have a girl friend lol. But I have quite abit of knowledge with the immigration department and that is what your going to have to do. And make sure she knows alot about you because they will ask her about you. They want to make sure she isn't just getting a fixed marriage to come to the states for prostitution which is running rampant these days
