The best time of the year to start dating is when you feel secure in yourself to go out and date. You may try spring as this is a good time to start dating so that you will be ready for next years wave of new men and woman. Also if your a teen spring is good to start so you wont feel insecure about dating people in your school. But all in all its your choice and if you feel like dating now date now.. If not hold back.. Seasons don't really matter. Its your emotions that do.

I think the best time to date is in the winter; so that you can cuddle up with your date. It's too hot in the summer time that's when you want to be single cause all of the cuties are out then. In the winter it is to cold to be out.

the best time to start dating shouldn't depend on the weather should be based on how you feel and when you feel the time is right for dating weather has nothing to do with it.
